8 children injured in blast of war remnants in southwest Libya
The Ambulance and Emergency Apparatus announced that eight children were injured in Ubari - southwestern Libya - as a result of an explosion likely to be caused by remnants of war.
The Apparatus explained, in a post on its Facebook page, that the eight children were playing football when the accident occurred, and they were transferred to Al-Ghariqa Hospital to receive initial treatment before being transferred to Sabha Medical Center.

Gang leader sentenced to prison for fuel smuggling charges
The Criminal Court has convicted the leader of a criminal gang for deliberately trafficking illegal fuel off the coast of Zuwara city.
The court sentenced the defendant to six years and six months in prison and ordered him to repay around 113,549,821 Libyan dinars.
Additionally, he was deprived of his civil rights for the duration of the sentence and two years after its completion.
The Public Prosecutor's Office clarified Tuesday that investigations revealed the gang's deliberate smuggling of 165,669 litres of diesel fuel.
